Proanthocyanidins

Colourful pigments found in plants with beneficial antioxidant properties. These become more potent when consumed with other antioxidants and in particular with the amino acid glutathione which the following foods contain or help us to produce; watermelon, asparagus, papaya, avocadoes, mushrooms, garlic and onions.
